About this practice
ShareCraft does two things. It turns the way your organisation works into a practice other people can pick up and use. And it gives communities of practice a place that stays open between the meetings.
This guide covers both, in the order you are likely to need them. Start in Foundations if you are new. Go to Practice if you are about to licence something or build something. Quality is for authors, organisation admins and community moderators looking after live content. Operations covers security, privacy, data ownership and where the build is up to.
Set your role at the top of the guide and it will show you only the chapters that concern you.
We update it as the product changes, so licensing it means the new chapters keep arriving.
Who it’s for
Anyone with a ShareCraft account. New members who want a tour. Authors documenting a program. Organisation admins looking after staff and licences. Community moderators running a community of practice. Filter by your role and the guide shortens to what you need.
