ShareCraft 2.0 is live

ShareCraft 2.0 went live on 14 September 2026 — the biggest step forward since we started. We're still improving so get in touch with any ideas or features you want. Here's what's new and live now.

Practices

• A brand-new Creation Toolkit lets you build a full practice from scratch with a guided, save-and-resume wizard, or edit every part directly.

• The Field Guide now has a searchable, role-filtered chapter list with linked resources and images, grouped into clear sections.

• Export any Field Guide chapter, or a single task, to a clean, print-ready PDF.

• The Practice Journey brings Who, Tasks, Outcomes and Case Book together as linked, cross-referenced cards, with a phase-by-theme task grid.

• Members can now add their own entries to a practice's Case Book.

• Each practice can define its own roles, so the Field Guide and Journey filter down to what's relevant to you.

• Practices can have multiple editors, so authoring is a shared organisation responsibility, not one person's job.

• Shareable links now jump a colleague straight to a specific chapter, task, outcome or case.

Communities

• Set up and explore a new Community of Practice for free with no expriy date up to 25 members for a social service community

• Setting up a Community of Practice is now a guided wizard, not a call you have to book.

• Community features include Discussions, Events, Knowledge Base, Case Book, Reports, Practices and Members tabs.

• Discussions get their own threaded comments, content types, and pinning/archiving by moderators.

• A new Community Case Book lets members share and tag real-world examples, moderated like other content.

• Events support an ICS calendar download, so members can add them straight to their own calendar.

• Data Collaboration communities get gated Reports dashboards, viewable only by approved organisations.

• Communities can recommend Practices to their members via a dedicated tab.

• Moderators get a fuller console: approving join requests, managing members, and appointing other moderators.

• Notification preferences let members follow discussion threads and join interest-based tag groups.
